2. What we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily provide when you contact us ? typically your name, email, company, and the content of your message. When you use this website we also collect basic analytics (page, referrer, user-agent, and an anonymised IP) so we can see what's working and what isn't.
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation.
- Send you occasional, relevant updates ? only if you opted in.
- Understand how the website is used, in aggregate.
- Meet our legal and contractual obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of standard vendors (email delivery, analytics, CRM) and we make sure they have appropriate contractual protections in place. A current list is available on request.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop sending you marketing. Write to privacy@leantegral.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Retention & security
We keep contact information for as long as we have a reasonable business relationship, and no longer. Data in transit is always encrypted (TLS); production data is encrypted at rest.

We'll update this page if our practices change. The date at the top always reflects the last change.
