1. Scope
These terms apply to the content and use of leantegral.com. If we're doing paid work for you, the contract we sign governs that engagement and takes precedence over anything here.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use this site in a way that breaks laws, interferes with other visitors, or tries to circumvent our security. Do feel free to quote, link to, and share anything we publish.
3. Content & ownership
The articles, case studies, and code samples we publish are ours. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and share this content for your own use. Brand assets (logo, colours, wordmark) remain Leantegral's.
4. No warranty
We try very hard, but this website is provided "as-is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that the information on it is guaranteed accurate at all times. (That's separate from the warranties that apply in an actual engagement with us, which are in the MSA.)
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Leantegral isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
